As a tenant of ours and as a resident on Castle Vale you can access lots of our services. Our opening hours for 11 High Street are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm. We do offer appointments for repairs on a Thursday 8 am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 1pm, where possible we will book appointments outside of standard hours to make sure you can access our services.

If you want to log a repair, pay your rent, report anti-social behaviour and find out about your rights and responsibilities, we should be able to help you on this page. We have listed below the different services or you can use the menu on the left:
