Now you can pay at any time, 24 hours a day, with www.allpay.net This website allows you to pay your rent to us securely online.There's no complicated registration process and the service is designed to be flexible and secure.

Making a payment online couldn't be simpler. You'll need your payment card and a debit or credit card.

Use the allpay logo or click here to make a payment. (The links will open a new window and take you top the allpay website.  

The site automatically identifies the first time any card is used, all first time users are asked to enter and confirm a password and an email address for payment confirmation. Each time you come back to the site you will be asked for this password. So use a password you will remember.

You will then be greeted with a message confirming you are making a payment to CVCHA. You can enter the amount you wish to pay and the details of the credit/debit card from which you wish the payment to be taken before clicking Pay Now.

Upon successful completion of the payment, a confirmation page will appear providing you with a payment reference and authorisation code. You will also receive a confirmation email.

You can also pay your rent over the telephone by calling: 0870 243 6040 this is an automated telephone service. Again you will need your payment card and a debit or credit card. Call the number above and follow the instructions given.

If for any reason your payment is unsuccessful using this service, you will be automatically connected to a customer service representative. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
