CVCHA is a resident-led housing association ; we are innovative, informal and customer-focused. We were one of the first to achieve the Investors in Communities Award; we have a nationally-respected Community Safety team, and a subsidiary regeneration company (Castle Vale Community Regeneration Services).

CVCHA manage 2,400+ homes, working from new purpose-built offices on the estate and we now have the need for enthusiastic first class people to take CVCHA forward.
